Role Location This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX About The Job You’re Considering We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, mentor offshore development teams, and drive solution design and delivery for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Lead Salesforce Experience Cloud projects from design through deployment.

Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.

Lead and mentor offshore development teams.

Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, branding, navigation, and security.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.

Design scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.

Manage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.

Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.

Your Skills and Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Preferred Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Architect certifications The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $82,082 - $193,440 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
