TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of Education processes in industry-specific solutions (e.g. (Recruitment & Admissions, Academic Operations, Student lifecycle management, Alumni Operations etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Education cloud Data model, Education customer journeys, and best practices
  • DevOps and Release management
  • Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Flows, Community, Lightning, LWC
  • Familiarity with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
  • DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Certified in Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Experience on Agentforce will be preferred
  • Experience on Data Cloud will be preferred
  • Familiar and using AI tools to bolster implementation productivity (e.g. Cursor, Claude, NotebookLM etc)
