Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce testing practice, including defining test strategies, planning and managing test activities, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Oversee end to end testing across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance phases
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers
- Coordinate test execution, monitor defects, enforce QA standards, and report testing progress and risk to stakeholders
- Mentor QA team members, optimize test processes, and align Salesforce testing with broader CI/CD and quality assurance practices
Requirements
- Skills in Test Management and Test Strategy for Salesforce and related integrated systems
- Skills in Test Execution and Testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
- Strong Quality Assurance skills, including defect management, test documentation, and adherence to QA best practices
- Experience leading testing efforts for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or similar) and related platforms
- Hands on experience with test automation tools and frameworks; familiarity with AI assisted testing or self healing automation is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices; experience integrating testing into DevOps workflows
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Salesforce Practice/Test Lead is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for leading the Salesforce testing practice, including defining test strategies, planning and managing test activities, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- The individual will oversee end to end testing across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance phases, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Day to day tasks include coordinating test execution, monitoring defects, enforcing QA standards, and reporting testing progress and risk to stakeholders.
