Job Summary
Lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from a functional and delivery perspective.
Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by defining requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring timely, in-scope, high-quality delivery.
The role requires Salesforce functional expertise, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
Project and Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate Salesforce administrators, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
Business and Functional Leadership
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate Salesforce solutions against business needs and Salesforce best practices.
