Core Competencies
- Business systems analysis includes requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT support, and stakeholder alignment.
- Technical architecture includes scalable solution design, data modeling, security models, integration patterns, governance, and technical documentation.
- Service Cloud expertise includes case management, omnichannel routing, entitlements, milestones, knowledge, email-to-case, web-to-case, service console, and support automation.
- Field Service expertise includes work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce enablement, assets, territories, and technician productivity.
- Salesforce development includes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, triggers, SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing, and custom automation.
