Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Manage Salesforce administration including users, profiles, roles, objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Create documentation and train users on Salesforce functionalities
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM configuration and customization
