CI/CD & Deployment Management
Maintain, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable automated testing and deployments within Salesforce environments
Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment inconsistencies
Proactively identify and resolve deployment‑related risks to ensure release stability
Environment & Source Control Strategy
Define, document, and govern environment strategies across development, QA, UAT, and production
Design and manage Git‑based branching models tailored for Salesforce development lifecycles
Establish and enforce DevOps standards , ensuring consistent configuration across environments
Platform & Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates , Copado releases , and evolving DevOps best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining deployment processes and improving automation maturity
Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support onboarding, audits, and operational continuity
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Software Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of proven experience in a Salesforce DevOps role supporting complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce environments
