Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and platform issues.
- Lead technical aspects of Salesforce programmes, including data migration, integrations, custom development, and third-party applications.
- Your Profile Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions. Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation, and development experience.
