Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience.
Hands-on experience owning and supporting Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, SFDX/CLI, branching and merge strategies, release management, and deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
Configure Salesforce to resolve defects, user and performance issues
Proficiency in hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Salesforce configuration, and declarative tools such as Flow and OmniStudio.
Utilize Apex codebase for custom solutions to defects
Resolve data migration issues
Resolve interface issues
Decompose user needs and requirements into technical user stories
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with a deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices and standards.
Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce to resolve defects, user issues, and performance problems.
Experience in developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
Familiarity with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher
Shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years of general work experience.
Shall have three (3) years of experience developing Lightning Web Components
Shall have experience with full-stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration), including three (3) years experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
