The Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and implements complex Salesforce solutions to support mission-critical public sector and DoD environments.

This role leads technical design, builds scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions, DevOps, integrates Salesforce with enterprise systems, and supports the full software development lifecycle.

The Senior Developer reduces technical debt through best practices, and ensures high-quality, secure, and performant Salesforce implementations.

Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Salesforce Developer/DevOps: $110,000 - $135,000k Pay commensurate with experience.

Salesforce Developer/DevOps Responsibilities Include:

• Recent Experience Cloud project work, including Experience Cloud design, development, and implementation.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and other code-based Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Know how to use Flow for complex requirements, with the ability to bridge out to code as necessary.
• Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
