About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Data Cloud and Agent-force to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Data Cloud and Agentforce modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in existing Salesforce environments.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and data management.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades.
- Support end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance.
