Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and user experience.
The target experience level is 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and Flows.
- Gather and refine technical and functional requirements with analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate Salesforce with APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and maintain applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
- Apply security, testing, standard configuration, troubleshooting, and release-management practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends.
