Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role designs, develops, maintains, integrates, and supports Salesforce solutions with project managers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, security settings, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, security, and best-practice compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement across CRM solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex classes, triggers, and standard and custom object customization.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.
- Salesforce administration experience covering configuration, user management, security, workflows, and process automation.
- Hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience, including integrations with CRM, ERP, or cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in English.
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, SOQL, SOSL, and integration tools are beneficial.
- Salesforce certification and enterprise or GCC project experience are preferred.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
