About The Role
We're hiring a Salesforce Developer who is, first and foremost, a strong software engineer.
You'll design and build enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform — bringing the same engineering rigor to Salesforce extensions that you'd bring to any production codebase.
Clean code, sound architecture, and maintainability come first.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions: Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and extend Flows and declarative tools where appropriate — and write code when needed.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Manage deployments through Salesforce CLI and CI/CD pipelines with proper source control practices.
- Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience, with significant time on the Salesforce platform.
