Role Overview
The Salesforce Delivery Manager or Director will lead execution, governance, and client engagement for enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
The role combines end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional team leadership, executive client advising, delivery excellence, and account growth.
Enterprise Delivery
- Own large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation roadmaps from inception through post-launch adoption.
- Define delivery governance, risk management frameworks, quality standards, and KPIs.
- Direct project managers, solution architects, Salesforce developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Manage portfolio financials, P&L, resource utilization, budgets, schedules, and variance.
Client and Practice Leadership
- Serve as the accountable delivery leader and executive escalation point for key client stakeholders and CXOs.
