The analyst partners with stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, strategy, and requirements.
- Lead discussions and translate business needs into product requirements.
- Define features, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology teams.
- Work with product and technology teams across the delivery lifecycle.
- Validate solutions through testing and business or user acceptance.
- Support implementation, rollout, and business tool adoption.
- Drive business programs and product delivery initiatives.
- Identify business challenges and develop effective solutions with stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
Required and Preferred Skills
- Strong business analysis or product management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with testing, UAT, and solution validation.
- Experience driving business programs and technology or product adoption.
- Strong understanding of the product delivery lifecycle.
- Sales or Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus, and Salesforce coding experience is not required.
