About the Role
Manras Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst with 4-8 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience. The role requires expertise in Sales Cloud and at least one of Marketing Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, along with ERP integration experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Salesforce implementation projects as a Business Consultant or Functional BA
- Operate independently in fast paced, multi workstream environments
- Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and solution architecture summaries
- Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with sprint based cadences
Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands on Salesforce implementation experience as a Business Consultant or Functional BA
- Demonstrated delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory) and at least one of: Marketing Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast paced, multi workstream environments
- Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle EBS strongly preferred)
- Strong command of Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing
- Solid understanding of data models, object relationships, and cross module data governance in Salesforce
- Excellent documentation skills: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and solution architecture summaries
- High responsiveness and structured communication
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with sprint based cadences
