Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support Salesforce project delivery.
• Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BA or BSA.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Understanding of integrations.
• Salesforce certifications and banking or financial services experience.

Compensation

• Annual salary is CAD 60,000 to CAD 95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
