Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Salesforce
- Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
- Support UAT, testing, and production validation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Good understanding of integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Salesforce certifications
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Qualifications
- · 5+ years as BA/BSA
- · 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- · Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- · Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary and Other Compensation
- Applications will be accepted until 09/18/2026.
- The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 115,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
