Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join an organization in Dubai.
The role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Role Focus
- Gather requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Create user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT and functional testing.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Analyze Salesforce CRM workflows and integrations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder workshop experience.
- Experience with user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with UAT and functional testing.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
