Salesforce Administration and Functional Design

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs.

Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.

Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and flows.

Design reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.

Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Support UAT, deployment activities, training, and post-production support.

Drive stakeholder discussions, workshops, and solution demos.
