- Greet customers and provide personalised assistance in selecting products
- Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers
- Stay updated on latest trends and new product launches
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in perfume sales (freshers also can apply)
- Basic knowledge of fragrance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Ability to work in fast paced retail environment
- English required; Arabic preferred
