- Conduct classroom and on the job training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and real estate best practices
- Assess skill gaps, develop training materials, support new hire onboarding, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with business objectives
- Track training outcomes and use data to refine learning initiatives
- Stay up to date on local real estate regulations, market trends, and Huspy's platform features
Requirements
- Strong foundation in real estate practice with practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Familiarity with applicable real estate regulations and compliance standards
- Proven Sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and sales pipeline management
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with focus on client experience, relationship building, and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams, preferably in real estate
- Clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and learning platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage

Role Description
- The Real Estate Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving sales training programs for real estate professionals.
- This full time, on site role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
