Role Description
- This full time on site Sales Trainee role at Altopaz Holding is based in Jiddah and focuses on supporting the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- The Sales Trainee will assist in identifying prospective customers, learning to qualify leads, and participating in client meetings under the guidance of senior sales staff.
- Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, updating customer records, and tracking sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- The role also involves learning product and service offerings, supporting follow ups with customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- The Sales Trainee will take part in structured training programs, shadow experienced team members, and progressively handle more responsibilities as skills and performance develop.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and a professional, clear approach to verbal and written interactions.
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and build positive relationships.
- Foundational Sales skills, with an interest in lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Training and learning agility, with the ability to absorb new information and apply coaching from mentors and supervisors.
- Emerging Sales Management awareness, including understanding of pipelines, targets, and performance tracking.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Beneficial skills include basic CRM familiarity, numerical and analytical ability, and strong organization and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work on site in Jiddah, collaborate in a team environment, and demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
