About the Role
QCP is seeking a Sales Trader to provide clients with market color and trade ideas, develop and maintain client relationships, and execute structured products. The role requires 1-2 years of global markets trading experience, preferably in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities
- Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing guidance on product offerings
- Price and execute simple to complex structured products across multiple desks
- Deal with day to day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operations
- Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems and analytics
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class
- Knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment preferred
- Detail oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill
- Excellent team work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment

- Price and execute simple to complex structured product across multiple desks
- Deal with day to day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operations
- Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems, analytics and coordinate trading activity
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service.
- Candidates will be required to work shifts, which include supporting different time zones and weekends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred.
- Have an active mind and strong awareness of risks
- Detail oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill.
- Excellent team work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes.
- Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred.
