Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth while providing expert technical support for SAUC’s minimal sliding systems
- Identify and engage new clients, manage relationships with architects, builders, and partners
- Present product solutions tailored to project requirements
- Oversee technical consultations and support installation teams
- Coordinate with R&D and production to address product or project specific challenges
- Ensure systems meet performance and design expectations
- Manage project timelines, prepare proposals and technical documentation
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product improvements
- Lead a small team, organize training sessions, and ensure high standards of customer service
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade, or architectural building systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE/GCC market
- Proven experience in technical sales and project management
- Established network with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects in the UAE preferred
- Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and evaluate technical specifications
- Team management experience with ability to mentor and coordinate cross functional teams
- Hands on technical support skills including troubleshooting and installation guidance
- Background in R&D or collaboration with R&D teams to refine product features
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or related field preferred

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
- Drive sales growth while providing expert technical support for SAUC’s minimal sliding systems.

Qualifications

- Experience in architectural products, fenestration, or building materials is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications; familiarity with CAD or technical drawing review is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Rajkot, visit client locations as needed, and maintain a customer focused, solution oriented approach.
Experience
