The platform supports more than 500 users in the UAE and connects the project lifecycle to reduce margin loss across system handoffs.
KoreCast supports contractor onboarding, while KoreInsights uses regulated AI to predict margin risk, variation aging, and cash-flow issues.
Role Overview
The Sales Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role guides prospective and existing clients through Intrakore’s technical and commercial value from post-enquiry engagement through sign-off.
Responsibilities
- Run consultative sales meetings and lead technical presentations.
- Configure product demonstrations using client data.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to support successful onboarding.
- Respond to technical queries and support proposal development and pricing.
- Educate client teams on KoreCast and KoreInsights.
- Refine sales playbooks, gather field product feedback, and support GCC growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills are required to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Customer service and client relationship management skills are required.
- Proven B2B or SaaS sales experience is required.
- Experience onboarding client teams through workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on product sessions is required.
- Sales management capabilities including pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination are required.
- Construction operations, project management, or GCC industry experience is highly beneficial.
- The role requires on-site client work in Dubai and occasional GCC travel.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making are required; AI or analytics platform familiarity is a plus.
