Overview
- Credit Market is looking for two dynamic, results driven Sales Team Managers to lead, mentor, and drive performance for our sales verticals in Dubai.
- Available positions: 1 x Team Manager – Business Loans (Managing a team of 10+ Sales Executives), 1 x Team Manager – Mortgages (Managing a team of 10+ Sales Executives).
What We Are Looking For
- Team Leadership: Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully managing a Business Loans or Mortgages team in the UAE.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands on experience within the UAE Business Loans / Mortgages sector.
- Proven Track Record: Ability to manage, coach, and scale a high performing team of 12+ executives.
- Location: Must currently be based in the UAE and available for a face to face interview.
What We Offer
- Salary: Range from AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 per month (Depends on experience).
- Incentives: Highly competitive commission/incentive structure.
