Key Responsibilities
- **Lead and drive a team of outdoor sales executives to achieve monthly targets**
- **Generate new business for e& telecom products (Mobility, Internet, ICT solutions)**
- **Plan and execute daily field activities, client visits, and deal closures**
- **Ensure strong pipeline management and daily reporting discipline**
- **Recruit, train, and build a team of minimum 25 sales executives within 90 days**
- **Monitor team performance and take immediate action on underperformance**
- **Maintain strong relationships with SME & corporate clients**
- **Ensure high conversion rates and revenue growth**
Requirements
- **Minimum 3–5 years of outdoor/B2B sales experience (telecom preferred)**
- **At least 1–2 years of team handling experience**
- **Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets**
- **Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills**
- **Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently**
- **UAE driving license preferred**

- **Monthly team sales target achievement**
- **Team size: 25 active sales executives within 90 days**
- **Daily activity & conversion ratio**
- **New customer acquisition & revenue growth**

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
