About the Role
WIZLINK SPORTS is hiring a Sales Team Leader with 3-6 years of sales experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality. Must have experience selling birthday party packages and leading corporate event sales.

Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team to achieve targets in the entertainment, events, or hospitality sector
- Sell birthday party packages and corporate event packages
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and customer relationships
Requirements
- 3 6 years of sales experience in the entertainment, events, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record organizing or selling birthday party packages (kids' or adult)
- Hands on experience leading corporate event sales (conferences, team days, themed parties)
- At least 1 2 years in a team lead, senior, or supervisory sales role
- Strong closer with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Semnox, or similar)
- Fluency in Arabic
- UAE experience preferred; understanding of the local corporate and social events market
