- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to strengthen sales capabilities.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline within your team’s scope, ensuring high quality execution at every stage.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (e.g., portfolio, accounts, after sales) to maximize results.
- Actively work with clients yourself, leading by example and closing key deals.
- Drive the long term growth of the sales function by setting strategy, improving processes, and raising overall performance standards.

- Proficiency in English and Russian/Serbian
- Valid driving license (B category) and readiness for fieldwork
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to strong results

- The sales team currently has 8 agents, with a target of growing to 15.
- Your key mission will be to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets by building a high performing and motivated team.
