Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and guide a team of sales professionals
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Monitor performance metrics and coach team members
- Coordinate with management on forecasts and reporting
- Engage with customers to understand property needs, present options, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth sales process from inquiry to closing
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead generation, customer experience, and sales efficiency

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Team Lead role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily sales operations, guide a team of sales professionals, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and mentoring team members, and coordinating with management on forecasts and reporting.
- The role involves engaging with customers to understand their property needs, presenting suitable real estate options, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry through closing.
- The Sales Team Lead will also collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead generation, customer experience, and overall sales efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive property sales and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Communication skills to lead, motivate, and support a diverse sales team.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
- Candidates should have experience in real estate or related industries, with knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market considered an advantage.
