Sales Support Specialist

Emerson’s DeltaV SaaS SCADA Sales Support Specialist will ensure a seamless quote-to-order process and play a critical role in sales operations.

You will be responsible for generating accurate and timely customer proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting pricing and product configurations through price book management.

• Prepare, review, and finalize customer proposals, quotes, and bid documents
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and terms
• Ensure all proposals align with company standards, branding, and contractual requirements
• Manage revisions and version control for proposals throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM for active opportunities
• Support price book management, including product configurations and discount structures
• Ensure pricing accuracy across proposals and alignment with company policies
• Coordinate with finance and leadership on pricing approvals and updates
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal generation and CRM workflows
• Assist in documenting and standardizing sales processes
• Generate reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations or proposal management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in Adobe Products

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborative across multiple teams and stakeholders
