About the Role
Trinity Touch, an electrical manufacturing company, seeks a Sales Support Specialist for its Dubai operations. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating orders, billing with UAE VAT compliance, and liaising between Dubai, India plant, and Delhi office.

Responsibilities
- Prepare techno commercial quotations in coordination with the Sales Team
- Generate Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, and Order Confirmations
- Coordinate with customers for LPOs, payment terms, and order approvals
- Follow up on open quotations and support the sales pipeline
- Maintain updated customer database, pricing records, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with the India Manufacturing Plant for order processing, production status, and dispatch schedules
- Work closely with logistics partners for shipment planning and delivery tracking
- Prepare customer invoices as per UAE VAT regulations
- Coordinate with Finance for receivables monitoring and payment follow ups
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare monthly Sales MIS, order backlog, and outstanding payment reports
- Coordinate with Delhi Corporate Office for sales reporting and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and invoicing compliance
- Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/Accounting Software (SAP/Tally/Zoho or similar)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
