- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort with digital platforms
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- The Sales Support Officer is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for supporting the sales team in managing leads, customer inquiries, and financing applications.
- This role includes coordinating with banks and financing partners, preparing and updating sales reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer information and transaction details.
- The Sales Support Officer will respond to customer questions, follow up on application status, and help resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.
- The role also involves assisting with the implementation of sales processes, contributing to continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
