Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
- Identify customer needs and present suitable IT products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Perform other sales and business development tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Sales Administration
- Proven experience in supporting sales teams and managing sales related administrative activities
- Experience in customer handling, follow ups, lead management, quotation preparation, and sales documentation
- Knowledge of IT products sales processes is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to generate accurate sales reports and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines under pressure

Job Overview
