Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment through SAP (Sales Order, PO, GRN, Delivery note).
- Prepare and manage sales documentation files.
- Maintain customer records in the SAP system.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments for smooth order processing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in sales processes.
