Job Overview
Inmarco seeks a Sales Support Engineer to handle sales support activities, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, and customer communication. The role requires a graduation in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Support or Inside Sales.
- Diploma engineers with 5 years of experience in the relevant business function may also apply.
- Excellent intelligence and skill to understand customers’ requirements.
- Good learning aptitude.
- Excellent analytical skill.
- Good command over MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Review enquiry/RFQ together with drawing/specification.
- Selection of most appropriate product, calculating price and preparing quotation.
- Communicate with customers and Sales team to address queries.
- Answering and clarifying queries.
- Order review and preparation of Sales Order.
