Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate documentation for land acquisition and financing deals
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow up
- Assist with scheduling meetings and site visits
- Track sales pipelines, compile reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression and high client satisfaction
- Assist with preparation of marketing and sales materials
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret sales data and prepare basic reports
- Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction focus
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven administrative assistance skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in real estate, investment, or financial services is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, or related field preferred

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai supporting the sales team.
- Manages administrative tasks, prepares proposals and presentations, maintains records in CRM, coordinates documentation for land acquisition and financing deals.
