About the Role
MARS DIGITAL SYSTEMS L.L.C is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers for updating Company Products, General Pricelist, Promotions and New Arrivals
- Prepare & send Performa Invoice to Customer for Advance Payments
- Liaise with Customer & Logistics team for delivery
- Prepare Shipment file, finalize order with Sales team and send to Freight forwarder for processing the order and Prepare Delivery note
- Quarterly Stock Reconciliation for all GCC countries
- Monitor charges for customs duty and VAT
- Check on the credit terms assigned to the Customer and make necessary follow ups
- Give Payment Collection Confirmation to Sales and Finance
- Update Sales Team and Customers on the progress of shipments
- Send the Updated Statement of Account to the Customer and Follow up on Payments
- Share Daily Sales reports with Management
Requirements
- Telecalling experience is must
- Preference will be given to applicants with spouse visa
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
