About the Role
RIMOWA is looking for a Sales Supervisor to assist the store team in service and operational duties, drive sales, and provide superior customer service. The role requires strong selling skills, clienteling abilities, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in depth, updated product knowledge, selling and customer service skills
- Maintain client book and regularly follow up with clients to meet monthly clienteling sales goals
- Assist Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
- Assist in training efforts and KPI management for sales team
- Provide superior customer service
- Assist and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
- Process customer repairs when requested
- Understand and adhere to all store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display and presentation guidelines, shipping/receiving policies
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
- Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the Company
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented, task focused
- Professional, strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent problem solving skills, positive attitude, team player
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, holidays weekends
- Must be able to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

POSITION
- The RIMOWA Sales Supervisor is responsible for assisting the store team in all service and operational duties to help increase store productivity and performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling skills with ability to meet monthly personal sales goals
- Strong clienteling/customer development skills
- Customer focus: Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements within Company policy parameters
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers via clienteling
- Ability to learn and effectively convey product information
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
