About the Role
Raja Ji Dairy is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead a van sales team and drive business development in the Dairy, Ice Cream, and FMCG sector across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day sales supervision and support the van sales team
- Actively pursue and identify new customers, outlets, and sales opportunities
- Initiate product listing in Mid & Large size MT & TT Outlets
- Build strong relationships with MT/TT purchase managers, buyers, catering companies, hotels, and large restaurants
- Monitor market gaps, competitor activity, and recommend actions to increase sales
- Drive range selling of existing products to maximize value per customer
- Track large tenders and purchasing patterns in catering and institutional segments
- Ensure smooth product distribution, stock availability, and payment collections
- Minimum 15 20 customer visits on daily basis
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in Dairy, Ice Cream, or FMCG sales
- Good working relations with key MT, TT and Cafeteria buyers, purchase team
- Strong network with purchase managers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies
- Good market knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
- Valid UAE Driving License (Manual preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam (Arabic is a plus)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our team of Salesman and lead business development activities, within the Dairy, Ice Cream, and FMCG sector.
- The right candidate will have a solid understanding of product distribution, strong relationships in UAE Modern Trade, Supermarkets, Retail and HORECA markets, and the ability to identify new business opportunities across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
Key Responsibilities
