Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG sector.

Based in the Western Region, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supporting a sales team, analyzing sales reports and market trends, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing daily operations to achieve revenue targets.

Additional responsibilities include training team members to optimize performance and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of sales representatives on a daily basis
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, mini
  • markets
  • Ensure proper product availability, shelf display, and merchandising standards
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections
  • Monitor market activities, competitors, and pricing
  • Support promotions and in-store executions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG sales in Saudi Arabia
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Western Region market including Jeddah, Makkah
  • Experience in Traditional Trade channel
  • Good understanding of distribution, van sales, and route planning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic skills in Excel and sales reporting
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred
  • Valid Saudi driving license is required
