· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
· Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
· Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure proper route planning and efficient territory coverage.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and KPI analysis.
· Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate sales records and CRM reporting systems.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
· Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
· Support management in achieving overall business objectives and expansion plans within the uae market.
Qualifications
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development.
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Sales Supervisor Management r (Team leader).
· Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
· Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Good knowledge of route planning, territory management, and customer handling.
· Ability to prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analysis reports
· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and ERP systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Arabic is considered, Fluent in English, an added advantage.
· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
