Job Purpose
Supervise and drive the sales team to achieve targets across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Key Accounts, and Pharmacy channels in the UAE.
Expand market coverage, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.
Sales and Team Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories and channels.
- Supervise, motivate, and monitor sales team performance.
- Plan daily sales routes, customer coverage, and field activities.
- Develop customer relationships and drive distribution, product availability, SKU penetration, and market expansion.
Market Execution
- Execute promotions, merchandising, pricing, and visibility activities.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits and coach team members to improve productivity.
Operations and Reporting
- Coordinate order fulfillment and collections with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Monitor sales KPIs, outlet coverage, productive calls, strike rate, collections, and team performance.
- Prepare sales reports, provide market feedback to Sales Management, and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Requirements
