I'm a Senior Broker at Baron & Cabot, Dubai — one of the UK's leading off-plan property investment firms.

I'm looking for a Trainee Broker and Appointment Setter to work directly alongside me.

This isn't a customer service role.

It's the entry point into a serious sales career.

What the role involves:

You'll be working our existing database and using prospecting tools including Lusha to identify and contact potential UK property investors — booking them into structured consultations with me.

Commission is paid per attended meeting.

For candidates with a demonstrable sales background, a basic salary is available alongside commission.

What I'm looking for:

-Native or near-native English speaker

-Experience living and working in the UK strongly preferred — cultural knowledge of the British market matters in this role

-A background in professional, target-driven sales

-Serious about progression, not just looking for a job
