- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer experience
- Assist with marketing initiatives and in store promotions when required
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, friendly, and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling
- Passion for candy and creating joyful customer experiences
- Experience in Stock Management/Inventory
