Position

  • We are looking for a mature, experienced and business oriented Sales Lead for selling online subscriptions for B2B.
  • This role is for a serious sales professional who wants to build his own personal sales business using existing warm leads and infrastructure.

Product

  • Paid online business subscriptions.
  • Low entry price; High business value; Fast decision cycle; High volume sales.

Leads

  • Warm leads are provided.
  • Leads are already interacting with the platform and have a direct commercial reason to consider the subscription.

Main Task & Responsibilities

  • Convert warm B2B leads into paid subscribers.
  • You are given full commercial freedom to manage your own sales process. Methods, schedule and daily activity are solely your responsibility.
  • Evaluation of your performance is based strictly on closed sales.

Compensation

  • Performance based remuneration for closed sales.
  • Monthly bonuses for achieved commercial results.
  • Fixed support retainer may be provided during the initial pipeline building stage.
  • Expected remuneration upon basic KPI achievement: from USD 6,000 net/month.
  • Strong sales results will bring up to USD 30,000 net/month.

Work Format

  • Fully remote and fully autonomous.
  • Flexible schedule without fixed working hours.
  • No micromanagement or daily controls.

  • Mature business oriented personality.
  • Initiative.
  • Experienced in on line sales (preferably subscriptions sales).
  • Independent.

  • Able to work and deliver results without supervision.
  • Able to manage his own pipeline.
  • Able to push deals forward.
