About the Role
Eppendorf seeks a Sales Specialist to drive sales of Liquid Handling, Consumables, and Automation products in Saudi Arabia via distributors. Requires life science background, 3-5 years sales experience, and native Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Sell Eppendorf portfolio to defined accounts in assigned territory via indirect channel by connecting end customers and distributors
- Strengthen relationships with existing customer accounts and distribution partners in Saudi Arabia
- Present Eppendorf portfolio and marketing campaigns to distribution partners
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, seminars, etc.
- Run quarterly and yearly distribution partner performance reviews in line with Eppendorf DMS, based on CRM and sales data
- Use CRM system consistently
- Analyze and respond to market and competitive developments within assigned territory
- Ensure state of the art customer experience via indirect sales channel to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong background in Life Science, ideally with Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Academia customers
- Deep knowledge of the market
- Proven experience in sales
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data driven reporting, and customer centric mindset
- Fluent in English and native Arabic speaker
- Based and have working experience (3 5 years) in Saudi Arabia

How You Can Make An Impact
- Drive success of Eppendorf's Liquid Handling, Consumables, Automation, Separation and Instrumentation product portfolio and be responsible for sales budget of customer accounts, mainly distributors.
