Responsibilities
- Welcome studio visitors, introduce them to Tsport’s group training concept, and conduct facility tours
- Book, schedule, and follow up on First Time Trial Classes for prospects
- Sell and renew specialized group training class packages and memberships
- Conduct professional follow ups with leads via phone and messaging channels
- Meet and achieve monthly sales targets established by management
- Build strong, positive relationships with members to foster community and drive retention
- Maintain accurate member profiles and sales data within the club's CRM and booking software
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience in boutique fitness studios, hospitality, or customer centric industries preferred
- A genuine passion for fitness, group workouts, and a healthy lifestyle
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- High energy, dynamic, and target driven personality
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities
