Role Description

The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Jadwa by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, managing the sales process, providing training on service offerings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a contract-based, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • 1-2 Years Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and educate clients about service offerings in a clear and engaging manner
  • Familiarity with financial services and/or the SME/startup sector is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
